Non-Refundable Items:

Personalized or Customized Tax Consultancy:

Refunds are not available if the consultancy session has been availed and a refund is requested on the basis that the consultant confirmed prior information already possessed by the client.

Income Tax Notices:

Refunds are not available if a notice is issued by the Income Tax Assessing Officer for the Income Tax Return filed via the Filemyreturn website. The Disclosure Policy terms and conditions apply as the Income Tax Return filing is based on the information disclosed and submitted by the assessee.

Explicit Non-Refundable Services:

Services explicitly stated as non-refundable in their description.

Cancellation Policy:

No cancellation is allowed once the team starts processing your income tax return.

How to Request a Refund of Filing Fees as per the cases listed above:

To request a refund, please follow these steps:
